Lifetime Lens Care Program

We know accidents happen from time to time. That is why all of our sunglasses purchased through our website or one of our authorized retailers are protected by our Lifetime Lens Care Program.

In the unlikely case that your lenses are broken, we happily extend to you our Lifetime Lens Care Program guarantee. For any lenses damaged by the customer we can offer you a complete replacement of the same frame for $77 inclusive of GST.

  • 1. Post your damaged frames (with a receipt of purchase) to

  • 3. Upon receiving your frames we will assess the damages and get back to you within 24 business hours.
  • 4. Await confirmation email with payment details and stock availability. If the same frame is not available we will provide you with store credit or offer you the ability swap for another frame of equal value or to pay the difference on a frame of higher value.
  • 5. Once you have made your payment please email us a copy of the receipt.
  • 6. A second confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow us up to 7 days to process your warranty claim.

  • ⇒ Due to our pairs being limited edition, your pair may no longer be available. If that is the case you will be given the option of exchanging a pair of equal value or paying the difference in retail price for a different pair.
